Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation:

• You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@thesanskari.com.
• Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds:

• Refunds are only applicable if the product you received is damaged, defective, or wrong.
• To request a refund, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
• After reviewing the case, if approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Note:

• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
